Leg Ulcer Centre Ireland (LUCI) specialises in the management of patients with lower limb ulcers. The Centre is a collaboration between Saolta Hospital Group, HSE Community Services and NUI Galway. The LUCI team is multidisciplinary. It includes specialist vascular and plastic surgery nurse practitioners, vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, podiatry and plastic surgeons.
The Centre is based at Roscommon University Hospital, 20 minutes from the M6 at Athlone.
